Eaton’s MAXILINE VMBF multi-bag filter housing is user-friendly, cost-effective and designed for high volume applications and processes demanding frequent filter bag change-outs. Ideal for batch process runs and high dirt load applications. This multi-bag filter housing is equipped with the QIC-LOCK opening mechanism that allows for safe, easy and fast filter bag change-outs for higher productivity and lower operating costs.
Eaton’s MAXILINE VMDE multi-bag filter housing is user-friendly, seals perfectly and is designed for safe filtration and minimized product loss. Ideal for batch processes which demand the highest quality of filtration. This multi-bag filter housing is equipped with the QIC-LOCK opening mechanism. The flat lid construction, combined with Eaton’s SENTINEL filter bag seal rings, seal perfectly against the lid and minimize the amount of residual product on the inner surface. This reduces product loss, spillage and makes cleaning easier.
Polypropylene, polyester or nylon filter bags with all-welded construction and proprietary SENTINEL sealing ring providing durable performance with no bypasses.
LOFCLEAR 100 filter bags feature high-strength sewn, three-layer construction which is welded to the SENTINEL seal ring. These filter bags have efficiencies of greater than 99% over a wide range of particle sizes, with dirt-holding capacities of up to 0.55 lbs (250 g). Four specialized LOFCLEAR 100 Automotive filter bag models have been developed specifically for paint and varnish applications in the automotive industry.
