Eatons LOFMEM TFA membrane filter cartridges are engineered to withstand the most demanding chemical exposures and are the preferred choice for high-temperature and aggressive process applications involving strong acids, bases, organic chemicals and oxidizers. LOFMEM TFA uses an absolute rated PTFE membrane combined with PTFE support layers and PFA hardware to create a fluoropolymer pleated cartridge suitable for the harshest services, manufactured without adhesives or wetting agents to ensure high purity

• Hydrophobic PTFE membrane offering high resistance to water intrusion and excellent compatibility with aggressive chemicals
• All-thermal bonded construction with no adhesives or wetting agents ensuring ultra-low extractables
• Flushed with 18 MΩ·cm de-ionized water prior to shipment for low particle shedding
• Inner core, outer cage and end caps made of PFA for maximum corrosion resistance at elevated temperatures
• Available retention ratings 0.05, 0.10, 0.20, 0.45, 1 and 10 µm at 99.98% efficiency
• O-ring options FKM, FEP/FKM and FFKM for broad sealing compatibility
