LOFMEM™ W absolute rated membrane filter cartridges (PES)

Eaton’s LOFMEM W membrane filter cartridges are the preferred choice for general water filtration, as a DI water prefilter and postfilter, and for aqueous-based chemical filtration. LOFMEM W cartridges use absolute rated polypropylene and polyethersulfone components that are both hydrophilic and asymmetric. They are characterized by high flow rates combined with economical filtration performance

• Asymmetric polyethersulfone (PES) membrane with excellent permeability, high mechanical strength and absolute retention down to 0.05 µm at 99.98% efficiency
• Inner core, cage and end caps made of durable polypropylene with spunbond polypropylene support layers ensuring full compatibility and rigidity of the cartridge
• All-thermal bonded construction without adhesives or wetting agents ensuring purity and minimal extractables
• Standard silicone O-rings with optional versions in EPDM, FEP/FKM (O-rings) or PTFE (flat gaskets)
• High dirt-holding capacity for long service life and reduced maintenance requirements
• Economic and consistent absolute filtration even in demanding aqueous chemical processes
• Retention ratings available: 0.05, 0.10, 0.20, 0.45 and 0.65 µm for precise particle removal
